If you see an error message on banking, there are usually two possible reasons:
1. Our banking system is temporarily down.
If this is the case, rest assured we're working hard behind the scenes to get it fixed as quickly as possible. Please try making a deposit later.
2. You have reached your deposit limits.
If you have deposit limits on your account, you won't be able to deposit if you have reached your daily, weekly and/or monthly deposit limits. To check your deposit limits, go to 'My Account', click 'Responsible Gambling' and then click 'Deposit Limits'. Once your limits have reset, you'll be able to deposit again.
