Customers are automatically age and identity verified when an account is registered with us. Where this is not possible, we will be sure to let you know.
It's usually quick and simple to get yourself verified.
You can verify your age and identity through our Customer Services team by emailing email@example.com. You will be required to submit copies of proof of identity and address.
Here is a guide to what documents you can send:
1. Proof of identity – a valid passport, driving licence, a provisional licence or EEA (European Economic Area) national card
2. Proof of address – one of the following documents from the last 3 months:
a. Bank statement
b. Utility bill such as gas, electricity or water
c. Local Authority Tax Bill
d. Official government correspondence
We accept electronic copies such as PDFs, high-quality photos (camera or mobile phone). Make sure the image is focused and all four corners of the documents are visible.
