Here’s some important information about the documents you need to provide:
Passport
• Please remove the passport from any protective sleeves, wallets or plastic covers.
• Both the photo age and facing page must be shown in full.
• The passport must be clear and fully legible.
• The copy must show the entire document with no corners or edges missing.
• The passport must be valid and not expired.
• If the name on the passport does not match the name on your account, additional documents such as a marriage certificate or other supporting information must be provided.
Driving or provisional licence
• Please remove your licence from any protective sleeves, wallets or plastic covers.
• The photo page must be shown in full.
• The licence must be clear and legible.
• The copy must show the entire document with no corners or edges missing.
• The licence must be valid and not expired.
• If the name on the licence does not match the name on your account, additional documents such as a marriage certificate or other supporting information must be provided.
Proof of Address
• The following are all accepted: bank statements. Utility bills such as gas, electricity or water. Official government correspondence.
• The correspondence must be no more than 3 months old.
• We accept electronic copies such as PDFs and high-quality photos. You may use a camera or mobile phone to take the photos.
• The correspondence must show your name and full address.
• The entire document must be shown in full, but any unrelated transaction information may be obscured.
